 Mellencamp and Knight - seperated at birth? November 10, 2008
If you are a fan of John Mellencamp then Chris Knight is definately for you. Offering the same southern alt rock and country vibes in his music, lyrics and vocals as Mellencamp does, he is no less a light for it and should share equal billing in your music collection. Recommended.

More well written, high standard Country Roots Rock (CRR - is this a coincidence this is very similar to CCR?) from the Kentucky singer/songwriter. as ever, Chris combines plenty of rock guitar with great melodies and modern, meaningful lyrics. I might be a typical Glaswegian but the music and lyrics still hit the spot - if I was American I would probable come from East Kentucky.
