Classical collection November 16, 2008 CeCe (Bucks, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this CD on the basis of being called "Meditation" - however as other reviewers have commented it is definately not music for meditating to. However, what you do have is a collection of classical music to relax to.
I am not a big classics fan but some pieces were already familiar to me through their use in film and television. There were one or two tracks that I found a little too dramatic to find relaxing but on the whole I would happily recommend this if you are looking for a collection of gentle, soothing and quite beautiful music.
Calm classical, but not meditation May 21, 2008 Rebecca Mobsby (South Coast, UK) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Lovely relaxing CD. But, title misleading, is in no way a meditation CD. But, still a nice calm CD to have.
Superb January 20, 2008 M. Smith (Cheltenham) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Yes, this is a CD of clasical tracks, but one of the best compliations of relaxing music I have heard. There have been previous comments that this isnt apropriate for meditation, but I guess that is a personal preference. At the very least, this is perfect music for calm and reflection. (Great to listen to in the bath or in front of a log fire.)
is ok, but not meditation! November 20, 2007 Sha 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
It's just classical music, and to be honest, I cannot use it for meditation - i guess for meditation it would have to be more spiritual.
