I knew this album would be good & Paloma certainly didn't let me down. Beautiful songs with amazing lyrics...
My favourite being track 3 'Broken Doll' & not forgetting the title track 'Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful?'
A great album for any one. My entire family will happily listen to this. =]

A fab album with historical musical styles but also bang unto date. Great lyrics and Paloma's vocal style fits perfectly. One of my post played albums, New York gets better with every listen, upside down a nice upbeat number but checkout the Cahill remix on the single for a more dance version. It's old,new, quirky, sad, happy etc, etc. One of my favourite albums.

Just got this cd this morning. I ordered it after seeing the lady in question doing an acoustic rendition on tv from this years iow festival. I thought how great she sounded and was keen to hear more.... Well I wasnt dissapointed, this album is full of great lyrical melodies beautifully sang. I liked every song at first listen (a very positive sign of a fab album) and they grow on you even more with each play.
I love Palomas style, she gives the presence of a strong beautiful woman with a voice to match. Im glad I bought her album and thoroughly recommend giving it a listen...Im sure that if you do.... you will be glad that you did!

I bought this album due to her latest single. She has such a unique voice and I must say this album is just amazing! Such wonderful songs that each tell their own story and sung with so much feeling. I could listen to this album over and over and as I do a lot of driving I actually HAVE played this CD so many times already! Carry on the good work Paloma, you are going to go far!!!
