Chance hearing in HMV June 24, 2010 A. Carson (manchester) I bought this album because i heard it in HMV in the classical section which i had wondered into by mistake. Now i wouldn't usually buy this type of album but i found myself getting lost in the music i found it uplifting yet sad. It really helps me think with clarity and is great to drive to. Ive since bought two more albums and they are just as good.
Astounding June 5, 2010 P. W. Moore (Sutherland) I first came across Einaudi's music many years ago as back ground music in a classical store, Stanze was playing, and was instantly entranced.
This CD is on an equal footing, having rarely been off my CD player since I got it a couple of months ago. This is a must.
Really disappointing May 15, 2010 Mrs. Denise A. Whatling (Cymru) This came through as an Amazon recommendation following my many purchases of eleni karaindrou's music, this time Amazon was a let down (rare occurence) I didn't like it and don't listen to it, but that is just one opinion and as with all art it is subjective. However, I did find the quality of the recording the most iffy thing - it just does not sound sharp enough.
the best yet April 6, 2010 Mrs. M. Thomson (Scotland)
Einaudi has really pushed the music on in this CD. Extraordinary sounds, complex compositions, working with other instrumentalists has inspired some wonderful tracks. I found it much more attention-keeping than his solo piano albums, beautiful tho they are.
Another Einaudi classic March 27, 2010 Mr. Alan Oakes (Appleby, Cumbria UK) The music of Einaudi is so relaxing and simple, yet it has a vibrance which is hard to explain. This album differs slightly from previous works as the artist experiments more, with background instruments.Nevertheless still outstanding.
