The real deal November 6, 2008
This CD arrived this morning and I've played it most of the day.
At last - an ensemble that has a true feel for the louche character of the tango. In fact I'm so impressed that I've ordered two more of their discs and I have a feeling I shall end up buying their whole output. They are an incredibly versatile quartet playing a huge range of instruments in a variety of musical genres and creating a very distinctive voice that is at the same time varied, relaxed and energising.

I am absolutely delighted by the work of this band. Whatever they do is consistently superb. Currently there are 3 of their CDs on sale and all 3 are equally extraordinary and delightfull. This music is for music lovers of all kind and competent dancers who do not parrot fashion repeat the mantra of the idiots who say you can not tango to this or that music. This group needs your financial support in order to produce more of this excellent sound. So please buy the CD and not download one or 2 tracks that immediately appeal to you.
