Tatum, was really an alien, the speed, skill and sheer genius of this man is brought back to life in this recording. DNA, cloning, rebirth can hardly describe what modern sound engineering has achieved in this disk. My father talked about and listened to Tatum's recordings the scratchy versions, the ones where the piano could just be heard, the ones where the noise just disappeared enough to allow the listener to hear Tatum. Well forget all that, Tatum is alive and well, the audience must have felt awkward applauding a piano on a stage playing by itself, but still the effect is amazing. More of this please, oh! buy the disk, you will be amazed.

pre order this CD now, you will not regret it, forget about the track sampling, it does not do the CD justice, once you hear it on your own
home theatre setup with good equipment, you will be blown away, its that good! listening through good quality headphones the binaural sound is
even more breathtaking, this really is hearing TATUM in person on a top instrument, in this case the YAMAHA, one can only hope and pray that further TATUM tracks will form another CD release in the near future, I can
hardly wait!!
