Brave Coice Of Songs October 19, 2008
I don't usually buy cover song albums. Glad this was an exception! A hell of a brave choice of songs to cover from his all time favorite songs, Ricks' voice certainly suits them though. My personal favorite is Life in a Northern Town, with Human a very close second. Can't fault any of the others to be honest. He has even made some of them better than the original. Give it a go, I doubt you will be disapointed!

Rick springfield is fab! this album contains Rick's all time favourite songs, done of course, his brilliant way. From the wonderful 'life in a Northern town' to 'Baker street' and beyond, this album is sure to please.

His voice is deep, raspy, sexy and grown-up. This is a fantastic collection which Rick has made personal to him, by singing them in his own style. Real slow, love songs to make your toes curl.
A lot different to his usual style but I think one of his best ever compilations, and not to be missed.
