I think Joan is one of the most underrated singer songwriters of her time and its a bit sad she never got the recognition she deserved. Not withstanding, those of us who have had the joy of listeneing to her work apprecriate it. I originally bought this CD because it contains the flight of the wild geese soundtrack to a film I love. It also contains a lot of her best work including love and affection, down to zero, and Rosie. I love this CD and its one of the best in my collection, Buy it, I promise you won't regret it.

First Armatrading CD I have bought. Found her voice and singing refreshing. Deals with real issues in the songs.
