For fellow Martina McBride fans like myself who haven't been lucky to see her in concert yet, now have a live DVD to treasure...For those who have been lucky to see her have something they can watch back and enjoy over again.Also included is a live CD of 8 tracks from the concert to enjoy.
Recorded live in Illinois,Martina is simply fantastic live.She owns the stage and gives out a fantastic energy.She belts out classic hits like Independence Day,A Broken Wing,Concrete Angel,My Baby Loves Me,Where Would You Be,This One's For The Girls and her recent big hit Anyway.
She also does a medley of 3 tracks from her superb Timeless album-which are Rose Garden,You Ain't Woman Enough and Help Me Make It Through The Night(her fantastic band really get to shine on these songs).Plus she wraps up the show with some 80's rock covers-with Journey's Don't Stop Believin' and Pat Benetar's Hit Me With Your Best Shot(she does a brilliant job with these!)and then finishes with a beautiful acoustic version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.Her vocals on this will give you chills!!
A fantastic concert by a fantastic singer!!I cannot recommend it enough.You won't be disappointed...
