his best work since his debut November 24, 2008
Since his great debut album Dedicated i found his last 2 albums (with the exception of the lead singles) disappointing with many fillers. Not quite knowing what to expect with his latest release The Reason......I have to say its his best work to date. From start to finish its a great listen. Absolute quality! Every song is a winner.....Over You has to be a single!!

This has to be Lemar's Best album to date. Have heard clips of it and i cant wait to pick mine up tomorrow!
Lemar has to be the BEST Briish vocalist we have and this album proves it over and over again!!
There is something for everyone on this album and he has songs for every age and manaages to do this by still being genuine.

I am so excited about this album!!!!! I heard some of the songs on myspace and is sounds AMAZING!! The new tracks sound sooo good! I love the single! You have to buy this album, it will blow you away!

If you thought his single 'If She Knew' was good, just wait til you hear the rest of his new album! Whilst the lead single is a stunning return for Britain's best R'n'B artist, the whole album is packed with songs of the same quality. Anthemic title track 'The Reason' sets the tone; 'Weight of the World' is a soulful ballad and would rip the charts apart; there's a funky brass section in 'Little Miss Heartbreaker' that would put Mark Ronson to shame; and 'Wait Forever' harks back to the brillant Kaci&JoJo whose ballad-with-beat style is tributed here. In short, a stunning album...

Without listening to this album, I can guarantee: This is going to be another best-seller! Lemar goes against the common R&B factory, where anybody with a sampler and a drum machine or a computer with good sound card; can make "music". Lemar writes, sings and interpret really well. He has got the voice and attitude! Good luck Lemar, keep up with the good work!!!
